The M13 practice works on all aspects of rental litigation (residential and commercial leases) and principally:
- the drafting of contracts (common law lease, housing lease, commercial lease) and official correspondence (termination, request for renewal of commercial lease, etc.) ;

lawsuits introduced before judges of the peace or appeals in court, aimed particularly at:
- recuperation of rent arrears and charges,
- annulment for breach of contract,
- occupational disputes,
- rental damage,
- rental guarantee,
- expert evaluations,
- expulsion, etc.
