Liability Law
This specialisation covers both the area of liability resulting from a breach of contract (contractual liability) and that of general fault which causes damage to a third party (criminal negligence).
In such a vast area, the M13 practice covers particularly the following domains:
- Public authority liability (liability for a cancelled individual administrative transaction, liability of communes on the basis of article 135 of the new communal law, subrogated claim or direct injunction against the author of damage suffered by a public authority, damages resulting from an incorrect assignment of public service contracts…),
- Medical accidents, including procedures with medical accident funds,
- Traffic including particularly remedy for bodily injury,
- Construction relative to the liability of entrepreneurs, construction companies and architects.
