Léna Lahaye

Léna Lahaye holds a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve 2020.
She has been a member of the Brussels Bar since January 2024.
She mainly practises immigration law, and is particularly interested in human rights and fundamental rights.
During her final year of study, she worked on the case to prohibit the detention of families of foreign nationals with minor children in the Steenokkerzeel detention centre, and took part in the publication of the book "20 ans après l’affaire Tabitha - De nouvelles plumes pour analyser la détention d’enfants migrants à la lumière des droits humains" (20 years after the Tabitha case - New ways of analysing the detention of migrant children in the light of human rights) (Anthémis publishing house).
Léna Lahaye practice is based above all on proactive listening. Kindness, trust and respect between the client and her lawyer are also dynamics that she strives to establish in her day-to-day practice.
