Léna LAHAYE holds a law degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (2020).
She has been registered at the French Order of Lawyers at the Brussels Bar since January 2024.
She mainly practices immigration law, and is particularly interested in human rights and fundamental rights.
During her final year of study, she worked on the case to prohibit the detention of families of foreign nationals with minor children in the Steenokkerzeel detention centre, and took part in the publication of the book "20 ans après l’affaire Tabitha – De nouvelles plumes pour analyser la détention d’enfants migrants à la lumière des droits humains" (Anthémis publishing house).
Léna LAHAYE’s practice is based above all on proactive listening. Kindness, trust and respect between the client and her lawyer are also dynamics that she strives to establish in her day-to-day practice.
