Gilles Vanderbeck
Gilles VANDERBECK graduated in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1992).
He then studied environmental law in Great Britain and holds an LLM (Master in Environmental Law) from the University of Aberdeen (June 1993).
He has been registered at the Brussels Bar since September 1993.
He quickly specialised in criminal law and liability law, which he has practiced daily for 30 years, defending both accused and victims.
He pleads regularly before the Court of Assizes. He also works on complex business criminal law cases and has specialised in international humanitarian criminal law.
He is a founding member of the M13 law firm.
Since 2013, he has also been an arbitrator at the Belgian Court of Arbitration for Sport (CBAS).
